Another thing he’s given me is a book of vouchers, for such things as a cup of coffee, breakfast in bed, a tidy bedroom, walking the Logic Bobby’s Petrol College Park Mug and I love this dog, etc. Things like this are much more valuable to me. Really, there’s nothing I want that he could buy: thoughtful little gestures and kindnesses mean so much more. We have playful cats. So we start at the top and work downwards until we reach the theoretical threshold of their interest. The tree remains undecorated from that point to the bottom. Dollar stores have some pretty good inexpensive ones, and I’ve been able to find some pretty good ones at second hand stores as well.

And since you need something to wrap, give her a funky watch from Walmart. And this too, just cause it looks cool. She can put it in her purse and maybe use it someday. You can probably find this or something similar at a hardware store. Hi. Rather than tell your mom about this, you can decorate the tree yourself with ornaments of your own. Just take all of the ornaments off the tree, then replace those with small balls and lightweight ornaments of your own liking. You can use big paperclips or small paperclips to hang the decorations on the branches and when you do this just be sure that you tighten the paperclip securely to the branch so that it won’t come off. You can hang some tinsel and possibly a sparkly garland on the tree. I’m not sure if the tree would support a string of miniature lights but you could experiment with this. You can find many pretty inexpensive ornaments at The Dollar Store. Happy Holidays. Also, make sure it is in a stand that is strong enough to support the tree so that it won’t fall over.
