She makes the oldest two boys do everything, I can hear she scream at the two boys to change nappies/diapers, clean poo and urine off the floor, she makes them clean the house and do anything else. While she sits in front the TV smoking. The other kids scream and run aroun the house 24/7 she lets the kids run around naked, I even nearly ran one of the youngest with my car when the kid just asked out the house and behind my car as I was reversing, luckily I saw him just in time, it still give me nightmares now. I’ve even informed social services as one of the youngest will scream and cry for hours at night and she ignores it. I’ve heard her scream at an older kid to shut the one crying up.

You chose a place with a thoughtless, uncaring neighbor. Or, he moved in after you did. It’s not your fault, however, and once you’ve found this out about him, it’s to your benefit. Now you know, for sure, that you can’t park in your own parking place, with regularity. If it’s ever empty again, you could put a friend’s old junker in it, to stay, to prove it’s yours, but you’d still have to park elsewhere, hopefully not in his place. That could cause unforeseen problems for you, because you don’t know how far he would take this conflict. It’s extremely important to him, to take your parking place. Everytime you have to leave, even for two minutes, this person will “steal” your original place from you. He’s probably had altercations, police visits, and notes under his windshield wiper, from others, at his previous residences, about his disrespectful, unneighborly actions and attitude. So he’s prepared to go at it with you. He’s proud of how he treats you. That’s “who” he is. Your neighbor is daring you to try to get demanding about it, as you will find out that he “does what he wants, when he wants, and to whomever he wants”. I had the police come out every day that he was here, often more than once a day, to make him move. When I first insisted he stop it, he screamed obscenities at me, so I had the police tell him, for me, from then on. Sometimes more than once a day, as I said. Eventually, when he was threatened with being towed, via a megaphone, in the middle of the night, with the police pounding on his doors because he refused to open up, he stopped. All the notices from the police, stuck on his cars, threatening him with being towed, for years, made no difference to him. But, it was never a police problem, only mine. My problem. I couldn’t drive in or out of my home. I couldn’t use my garage, because I couldn’t use my driveway. The police had told me to get a restraining order, to stop his harassment. I just continued to call them, to come here and make him move. When the police left, he’d move his cars right back in my driveway, or in front of my driveway, in the street, as shown, not even near his own home, the white house up there. And I’d call the police to come back, to tell him again. For six years. As you can now see, only you and I care about your problem, your problem with only one [quick] solution. Move.
